How to get your annual pass
Have you decided on an annual pass? Then you now have two options:
- Digital annual pass for EUR 93 p.p.
Buy the annual pass in our online shop, fill in your data, upload a photo & pay via credit card, PayPal or instant transfer. You will receive your personal annual pass via email (PDF, Wallet) - Physical annual pass for EUR 96 p.p.
You prefer to have a physical annual pass in your wallet? Then fill out the registration form and take it with you on your next visit to the Familypark. A photo will be taken on site!

Prolongation of the annual pass
If you prolong your annual pass within a maximum of 14 days after your pass has expired, we will apply a loyalty discount of € 5,00. After this period the card can only be acquired for the regular price without exception.
Important information
Once issued, the Familypark annual pass is valid for exactly 366 days. For instance, if you receive your pass on 24th May 2025, it remains valid until 24th May 2026. It is not transferable and may not be used in conjunction with any other discounts.
When you buy a digital annual pass from our online shop, the validity of your card begins on the day of purchase. Example: You buy your annual pass online on May 3, 2025, then they are valid from May 3, 2025 up to and including May 3, 2026. If you buy your pass out of season, the validity of the pass starts with the 1st day of season.

Did you forget your annual pass?
You can only enjoy the benefits of your annual pass upon presentation. Unfortunately, if you forget your pass, you must pay the regular admission price. If you make our personnel aware, they will make a note on your receipt. Please keep the receipt in a safe place and show it to us when you next visit the park, together with your annual pass. Your entry fee will then be reimbursed. Refunds will only be given up until the end of the season of the same calendar year, online tickets are excluded from this refund!

Did you lost your annual pass?
In the event that you lose your annual pass, we will charge € 5,00 to issue a replacement pass.
Your personal information will be treated confidentially and will only be used by the company Familypark GmbH for advertising purposes (e.g. newsletters, competitions, invitations…) and will not be passed on to third parties.
By purchasing an annual pass, you are accepting the park rules of the Familypark.
