What can the vouchers be used for?
Familypark vouchers can be used to buy tickets or annual passes at the park’s ticket offices. You can also pay in our restaurants and shops with the vouchers.
Caution! The vouchers cannot currently be used for purchases in the online shop.

How long are the vouchers valid?
Vouchers are legally valid for 30 years.

How can I purchase vouchers?
During the season you can buy vouchers at the ticket offices in the park. Please note our opening times and ticket office hours.
You can also buy vouchers in our online shop. In this case you will get them via e-Mail, the design of the vouchers will be different! This option is also available in the off-season!

At the cash desk we offer vouchers worth

Of course, you can freely choose the denomination.
In the online shop
You can choose the amount of your voucher by yourself. Please note that the minimum amount is 5,- Euro and the maximum amount is 100,- euro per voucher. You can add multiple vouchers to your cart (for example: 3x 100 Euro)
