Public transport
You may also reach the Familypark by public bus services. Line no. 285 leaves Eisenstadt and Rust or Mörbisch several times daily and brings you to the Familypark. Current arrival and departure times are found at the ÖBB website.
Lockers
You should move around the Familypark with as little baggage as possible. Visitors may stow rucksacks and bags in the lockers..
Traveling with a baby
Our smallest guests are only a few months old. To make life easier for Mum and Dad, there are several changing rooms in the park. Glass jars and bottles may be heated in microwave ovens at the main restaurant.
In the event that something has been forgotten, we have a small selection of hip glasses for sale. At Filippos Zauberladenthe Baby box is available and it contains various useful items, such as nappies, glass jars, bibs, dummies, bottles and several product samples.
You will be able to move around the park with a buggy without difficulty. All walkways are paved and suitable for buggies.
Traveling with a wheelchair
The park is a popular destination for wheelchair users and those with reduced mobility because of the accessibility design on offer. Special parking places are available near the main entrance upon arrival. All walkways may be negotiated largely independently and due to their width they offer sufficient alternatives. Disabled WCs are naturally also wide and all access areas and catering areas are free of barriers. Insofar that the visitor’s safety allows, a major portion of rides may also be used. Our personnel are willing to assist at any time. Guide dogs with IDs are welcome to accompany their owners in the park upon prior telephonic arrangement. (unfortunately, other pets are not allowed in the park).
