Update Halloween

For some days the prescribed limit for bookings was almost reached. We have therefore searched intensively for a solution so that we do not have to deny anyone the visit that has already been planned.

The best solution for this situation is therefore to divide the bookable tickets into afternoon tickets (11 a.m. – 4 p.m.) and evening tickets (5 p.m. – 10 p.m.). This is the only way we can meet the great demand and at the same time follow the official instructions.

We are currently open until 10 p.m. on five evenings. We are currently in talks with the authorities and are trying to extend every ten Halloween days to 10 p.m.

The tickets for the long evenings are available now. We hope for a quick confirmation from the authorities so that we can also put the tickets online for the remaining days. www.familypark.at/ticketshop

For organizational reasons, tickets and reservations that have already been purchased remain valid under the original conditions.

Everyone who knows us and likes to visit knows that we too regret this development. Nevertheless, we strive to offer all guests who visit us during Halloween an incomparable experience. It goes without saying that the safety and health of our guests and employees is our top priority.

As a thank you for your understanding, we have decided to offer the Haunted House free to everyone this year.

We definitely recommend buying your tickets online in advance to guarantee you get to the park. We can only offer additional tickets on site depending on the respective occupancy.
